Applications for CPA funds entail two stages:
1) Applicants must first submit an Eligibility Determination Form (EDF) which is used to determine whether the project meets the eligibility criteria for CPA funding under state law. (The Committee’s determination that a project is eligible for CPA funds does not reflect endorsement of the proposed project.)
2) Applicants whose projects are deemed to be eligible are then invited to submit a Full Application. Applicants will be asked to present their proposals in a public meeting before the Committee selects projects to recommend for funding.
CPC funding recommendations are submitted to the Mayor and to City Council for approval. In order to be funded, each project must be recommended by the CPC and approved by City Council.
